CMC Group respect the relationship we develop with our customers and staff, and as a part of developing and maintaining this relationship the collection of personal information is vital. Set out below are CMC Group's policies and procedures in the collection and use of presonally identifiable information.

Collection:  CMC Group only collects personally identifiable information where we believe the information is relevant to the relationship with our customer. CMC Group will obtain personally identifiable information from potential employees directly where ever possible. CMC Group only uses reputable third party sources where required.

Use:  CMC Group uses personally identifiable information to make decisions about the goods and services that CMC Group may provide to customers. Within CMC Group personally identifiable information is available only to our employees, agents or contractors who have a genuine business reason to have access to this information. CMC Group may be required to disclose personally identifiable information by law or compulsory legal process.

CMC Group monitors current Privacy Principals and developments in the laws, and we may amend our policies to reflect such changes, plus changes to technology and  self regulatory inititives.
